Come and celebrate Wild Turtle Week and meet some of the turtles that call the nature center home! During this program, the naturalist will introduce you to several of our resident turtles and their stories.
Learn about the unique features that help turtles survive, and the different species found in our region. You’ll also discover some of the challenges turtles face in the wild and simple ways people can help protect them.
Perfect for all ages and offers a chance to see these amazing reptiles up close while learning why turtles are such an important part of our natural world.
