Pavilion #3 accommodates 50-60 people and has an unobstructed view of Piney Run Lake. This pavilion is located near a playground, water-front and the Park Boathouse. Pavilion #3 is not ADA accessible and costs $200 for a day rental. This pavilion includes 2 small grills and 6 8ft tables.

Alcohol is permitted, however public intoxication will not be tolerated and drinks must remain in the pavilion. There is no amplification allowed at Piney Run Park. This includes stereos, DJ equipment, speakers and microphones. No carnival type booths such as dunking booths, moon bounces, outside vendors etc. are allowed.
