Pavilion #1 accommodates 250 people and has a partial view of Piney Run Lake. This pavilion is located near a basketball court, tennis court and restroom. Pavilion #1 is not ADA accessible and costs $325 for a day rental. This pavilion includes 2 large grills and 24 8ft tables.

Alcohol is permitted, however public intoxication will not be tolerated and drinks must remain in the pavilion. There is no amplification allowed at Piney Run Park. This includes stereos, DJ equipment, speakers and microphones. No carnival type booths such as dunking booths, moon bounces, outside vendors etc. are allowed.
