Go from Screen to Green by taking a look at nature through the wonderful world of photography! Get outside and make a difference for local plant and animal species by participating in the upcoming 2025 City Nature Challenge for the Greater Baltimore Area. Nature is all around us, if you look a little harder you may be surprised by what you find—from the smallest bug in your backyard to a red-tailed hawk soaring high above your home. Join us at Bear Branch Nature Center as we explore nature together and learn to identify what's around us!
Note:
*Participants will be taught how to use iNaturalist to record their findings. You can also just bring a camera/phone camera to capture what you see!
**Be prepared to walk up to a mile during your explorations with the leader.
